At Serenity Nature Retreats, we understand the challenges of managing an overactive mind. Our Overthinkers Retreat is designed to provide a tranquil setting for guests to unwind and find peace. This retreat offers meditation sessions, nature walks, and mindfulness workshops to help overthinkers quiet the constant chatter in their minds. Our comfortable accommodations and nutritious cuisine provide the ideal environment for guests to relax and recharge. Whether it's ruminating on past events or constantly worrying about the future, our retreat aims to help guests find balance and cultivate a sense of calm.

  • Three nights at a stunning estate that boasts an indoor swimming pool on 5 acres in Sevierville, TN

  • All snacks, meals, and beverages are included (with one meal on your own)

  • Group Activities: Mountain Meditations

    We are going on a guided mountain meditation and gentle walk in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.  We will begin with moving our energy (Forest Bathe) and deep breathing, inhaling clean fresh mountain air and exhaling negative energy and stress. Our guide has over 30 years of experience as a guide in Meditation and Healing and an outdoor enthusiast.

  • Shared Room: $1295 Per Person

  • Private Room: $2495 Per Person

  • You may bring a spouse/ significant other/ friend if you book a Private Room for an additional $500

  • Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
